When Will My Order Ship?
The DRC shipping team makes every attempt to ship all orders as soon as possible.
Free Package Tracking
DRC will provide delivery confirmation tracking information, free of charge with every order. You will receive an email when your order ships containing your delivery confirmation tracking information along with a link to the tracking page for the service.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, You must return the item(s) within 30 days of your purchase.
Exceptions are made for manufacturer defects in a product.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If your clothing item is in “like new” condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. It is recommended that you return merchandise with a carrier that offers tracking numbers and full value insurance on the parcels. FreeFall Inc. cannot be responsible for any packages that are lost in transit. Please note that the USPS Priority Mail does not offer tracking capabilities for packages, and they will only initiate a trace on packages after a 30 day waiting period.
